Tam Coc Cozy Homestay - NINH BINH

This place is very comfortable and conveniently located near the lake, and I really appreciated the complimentary wake-up calls and the great bath.

The place was fairly clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable! There was a bath. Provided breakfast was tasty, offered with delicious smoothies. Staff were accommodating.

The apartment was spotless and located next to most attractions, a beautiful garden and Vietnam. Excellent setting close to restaurants.

The breakfast was tasty with delicious smoothies and great Vietnamese coffee. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Had a spotless and new-fashioned room and large bathroom. Stayed 3 nights and did not want to leave.

Everything was spotless, enjoyed the host, had 2 lovely days here. Room was modern and huge, a mini fridge bar, air conditioner, and an individual safe where provided. The location was indeed marvellous, so close to have a nice rest as well as all bars. Also, it was based close to boats for Tam Coc.

The room was clean and spacious, with comfy beds and great air conditioning. The breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit and coffee. The location was perfect, just off the main area, and the garden view from the room was lovely. The homestay is locally run, supporting sustainable tourism. I highly recommend this place for a wonderful stay in Ninh Binh.

As vegetarians and vegans, we loved the delicious and varied breakfast options at the homestay. the staff were also very helpful in suggesting vegetarian-friendly restaurants in the area, making it easier for us to find suitable dining options.

Great room just like in the picture 📷. Super convenient location, only 5 km away from Mua Caves. The staff here were amazing, they made me feel right at home.

The hosts were friendly and went out of their way to assist me with everything I needed. They provided me with valuable information on local attractions and even had motorbikes available for rent. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast served was delicious. they were kind enough to store my luggage after check-out and allowed me to take a shower before my departure. I recommend this homestay for a wonderful stay in Ninh Binh.

Ideal location with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the center of town, as well as the bus stop. It's just a quick 15-minute drive to the Temple, and the place is tucked away in a tranquil alley. 🏞️

This venue is perfect for cycling and is situated in a peaceful location next to the central area with great restaurants and the train station, making it convenient for exploring the town.

Friendly family, helpful with recommendations & bike rental. Spacious, clean room with comfortable bed. Allowed late shower after bike ride, no charge. Beautiful garden for coffee. Loved it! 🌸

The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main street with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The hospitality of the family that runs the homestay was excellent. They were really good too make us feel welcome and even offered us a shower and water before we left for our next destination. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this homestay to others.
